"Hmmm what to say.... OK so the food is a type that I love so that gives it a good chance anyway,tho this particular takeout was unusual, front of house service during a relatively slow lunch time 1145, was non existence. When trying to order at the counter, we were then directed from the back of the kitchen to the customer touchpads. (felt like we were shoed away from the counter)and if the human traffic did build up there was know way to prove you had ordered as there was no receipt paper in either machines for prove of purchase. While trying to get some hot sauce/mild sauce, I had to shout to the back of the kitchen to request someone to fill up the condiments. It really felt a little unfriendly/hostile. TIP :work on you customer service and hospitality. -Good takeout food."
