"Awful service. The chips were delicious but their lobster in a brioche bun was not worth it. The atmosphere is lovely. But customer service is awful. I came in and no one greeted us. We didn’t know if we just find a table or if someone will take us to a table. Very confusing. The waiters all look so sad and tired of life. No smile. I asked for something and it was hard to make eye contact with any of the waiters. And 10 minutes later, once someone saw I wanted help, they didn’t even come over and smile and ask what I would like. They just looked at me with a blank face. Just really bad service from start to finish. Such a shame since the restaurant is beautiful and the food is lovely. Service is awful."
