"the location is great and the hotel is very nice. we arrived early to leave our bags and was told our room was ready. we have booked a grand covent garden room with balcony view, came to the room and I was shocked, it was tiny and at all no prospect. not the room we had booked. but the workers were amazing and when we came back, they had brought us into the right room. not in sight, but gave us free cocktails. the bar staff was great and very attentive. we did not eat there, but were recommended some nice places for dinner and baptism. I was amazed at how quiet the hotel was in the middle of london. it was a mother-daughter of weeks and in a perfect location. the bathroom was a good size and nice single beds. the hotel offers not many facilities, but is a friendly, small boutique hotel. I could not have been happy with the first room, but it was sorted and more."
