"Overall, the hotel and its facilities are very good. We have visited three times, with the last two visits being very recent. The hotel is a bit outdated and in need of updates. For example, the shower holder was broken and the taps do not have mixer taps, only offering very hot or cold water. The TV could also use some updating. However, our last visit was a bad experience. We booked two family rooms for our two families, but only one room was ready and no extra beds were provided. When we called to explain, we were yelled at by a lady named 'F___', who was very rude and made us feel like it was our fault. There were no apologies, only shouting. The breakfast was good and most of the staff were friendly. The spa and swimming facilities were also very good. We will return, but that particular staff member needs to change her attitude towards customers, especially when the hotel is at fault."
