"Not going to lie. All their chicken burgers MIGHT be the best burgers I've had. (Controversial opinion) it might even beat the McDonald's Big Mac. The first time I had it. I fell in love with the place. My usual order is a Large Chicken Royale Meal with Fries and a Cherry Coca Cola. Absolute great service. 10/10 would dine in again."

"Not been in here for a long time due it being constantly terrible but decided to try again for pure convenience. Now I feel stupid for trying in here again should have learnt my lesson I thought it couldn't get worse how wrong I was....Box Beal incomplete Wrong burger Wrong size chips No dips I could go on but you get the picture The staff are incompetent let's face you don't need a degree to put together a fast food meal. but surely some level of training should be given Took ages to explain and to get them understand what was wrong it was so frustrating. I'm the end I just give up and got a refund which went wrong as well avoid at all cost"
