"I’ve had food from Chicken Shack before and it was good, but today my order was a complete disappointment! I ordered a burger, a separate salad, chips, and 2 pieces of chicken. What I received was a salad inside the burger, the chips were just rock-hard French fries, and there was only 1 piece of chicken. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but the guy on the phone didn’t believe me and had a terrible attitude, insisting that I had received 2 pieces of chicken. When I asked for a replacement since it wasn’t what I ordered, he told me to deal with Uber and refused to offer a refund before hanging up on me. Very frustrating experience!"
