"The new owner (after the other one left in quite acrimonious circumstances) doesn't look like a very happy person. Subway's should not be a tense eating experience. On a quite a few occasions now they have not cooked oatmeal raisin cookies why? They run out more than the others yet fail to replace why? The discount coupons being issued since January have been helpful. The place is getting grubby and is needs a patch up here and there. It's typical subway food but not worth the full price without the coupons. Staff need to cheer up or give the job to someone else."

"This is a small and convenient Subway location in the city. Personally, as a vegan, I prefer going to Greggs over Subway because they have more vegan options. Subway as a whole lacks good options for vegans. It's great for carnivores, but there isn't much choice for those with a sweet tooth or looking for vegan options."

"The staff are amazing but I keep getting accosted by people who lurk around in the cafe; people who don’t buy anything, sit around waiting for customers to come in and then harass them in the queue whilst they’re waiting or ordering, asking them to buy them some food/a drink. This has happened to me on several occasions and I never see the staff asking them to leave and it makes my experience there very uncomfortable because I have to sit and eat my food whilst some moocher is watching me because I told him to stop talking to me. Great service but a security guard is definitely needed."
