"The food arrived promptly and was delicious, but unfortunately our order was incorrect (we received two Massaman curries instead of the Massaman yellow curry we ordered). When we called the restaurant to let them know, they initially insisted that we were mistaken because the dishes tasted similar. After insisting three times that they had made a mistake, they finally agreed to send us the correct curry. However, it took 35 minutes for the yellow curry to arrive, and by then our other dishes had gotten cold. The customer service experience was frustrating, and as a result, we do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again."
