"I used to order from Murganos multiple times a week with my coworkers, but after experiencing terrible service, we will not be returning. I was shocked by the poor customer service I received when some items were missing from my order. When I called to inform the restaurant, the man on the phone rudely interrupted me and claimed that he personally packed the bag so nothing could be missing. He refused to listen to my concerns and said it was not his problem, telling me to contact the delivery company instead. This lack of respect towards a loyal customer is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Murganos again due to this unfortunate experience. The employee's attitude towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional, and it's clear that he lacks basic manners and social skills. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration when deciding who to hire in the future."
