"I am writing this review honestly and straight to the point, because I do not give negative reviews lightly. The only positive thing about this restaurant is that my Diet Coke came in a bottle. I ordered the chicken satay and when it arrived, it was overcooked and difficult to cut through. I struggled to remove the tough crust and the chicken itself was tasteless and dry. The knife provided was dirty and the table was not properly cleaned or replaced. After this disappointing experience, I have no plans to return. It is unacceptable to serve such low quality food to customers. Freshly cooked chicken should not be hard to come by. Perhaps the restaurant's all-you-can-eat policy leads to subpar cooking and service. It is a disgrace that serving freshly cooked food is seen as inconvenient."
