"Asked the guy servicing how long will my 1 piece chicken 6 wings going to take before I order, he said 5-8 minutes. Customers come and go, got there food, my mate ordered same time as me finished his, the other mate received his 6/7 minutes before me, and he ordered the wings, which mine was meant to be spicy once I received the food but were no flavour and vile. The attitude of the staff after I received my food was disgusting, I even told the guy who served me, make sure there’s chilli as I was about to pay, and then after he comes out with, no you have to pay for it. Never ever again. Flies near the bin which is in the kitchen, toilet out of use. No air condition as they say it doesn’t “work”. Worse big johns in Birmingham by a country mile. AVOID!
