"The food was supposed to be delivered at 7:40, but then the app said it was delivered. I called the restaurant and they told me the driver was five minutes away. I waited until 7:50 and called again, with the same response. I tried calling the restaurant again but got no answer. I contacted Just Eat and was told it would arrive at 8:10. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They were not honest about the delivery time. It would have been better if they had simply apologized for the delay and given a realistic delivery time."
