"Went there for the Super Bowl. Positives: throughout the booking process all the staff were helpful and communicative with prompt responses; loads of screens to watch the football on; a good atmosphere; on paper the food menu was ideal for a sports bar; steins are a nice size option to have. Negatives: bought the £35 package and really not sure what exactly we got for the extra money?; tables were packed in, it was difficult getting to the tables in the middle and I was painfully crushed up against our table whenever anybody squeezed past behind me; table service disappeared after the first round of drinks; the pre ordered food, which was fairly average, was delivered before half our group had even arrived; for the first few rounds queuing at the bar took ages too few staff; the toilets were utterly grim, and the tap had been ripped out so you couldn't wash your hands; the wi fi didn't work and there was no phone signal."
