"Waited 20 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front. Although the server did apologise for the wait, the staff were making no effort to get everybody served in a timely fashion. They were idle and indifferent to the customers waiting. They didn't look understaffed, they just looked like the staff couldn't be bothered. And I usually love Burger King, I prefer the food to other competitors, but the food from here wasn't worth the wait like I'd hoped it'd be. It was really disappointing to be honest. I'll think twice before heading back there again. It's a shame, because it looks like it's had money thrown at it my corporate, but it also looks like there's no management there, and no competant staff in there. The litter across the car park was disgusting, and looked like it'd been there for a long time, so nobody is picking up the litter outside either. It really looked like this franchise had been left to go under, and unless corporate throw somebody in there to turn it around, that's probably what will happen unfortunately. Shame, because it used to be so much better than that, just needs a good kick up the backside to restore it to its previous standards."
