"My hubby and I went here with the intention of doing the 'seven deadly sins challenge ' to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The 7 deadly sins cocktails were all very tasty and at only £10.45 for 2, also affordable. The food at the pub looked and smelled really tasty, although we 'd already eaten so didn 't purchase any. The decor of the pub is creepy haunted style, I guess. Amped up because it was Halloween weekend, but i 've been before and it 's always decorated in a similar fashion, which is fabulous. Expect nooks and crannies, interesting artwork, chains on the walls, shackles and cages all rather wonderful if that 's what floats your boat (which it does for me, so all good! The music is metal goth rock style an they have DJs on a Fri and sat night. It was wonderful drinking while listening to all the tunes we loved from the 90s we are in our 40s and it was lovely to see the younger crowds still loving the exact same playlists that we had enjoyed in our 20s even though it was a little perturbing realising half the people dancing to those songs weren 't born when we were watching the tours originally promoting them ~giggle~ We had a great evening. This pub has a good selection of food and booze on offer and the staff, decor and music are all alternative Goth style, creating a great atmosphere. We did complete the challenge BTW. If you want to do it, ask for a 7 deadly sins challenge card they will stamp it each time you try a new cocktail. You win a Pit n Pendulum tshirt they only had size 2XL left when we did it, but we proudly wore them to bed that night!"
