"a table booked online. was just to check if they had my booking. got job I did because if I found it at the time I had booked, I would have closed it for a private party. they gave me an apology that they had forgotten to update bookings on the laptop. they did not seem to be disturbed that I had gone to a Saturday night because of the mistake without restaurant on Saturday night at 7.30. they have to brush up the customer service there!!!"
