"I've known Jools and Sally for twenty years. The food here is brilliant. If the chicken liver and green peppercorn pate is on you must try it. The scallops on black pudding, or Pilgrim's on Horseback, is another standout. My friend max won't eat lamb anywhere else. Vegetarian options are a bit limited so ask in advance if you want something specific."
