"Very poor service, the establishment is staffed with very young people who appear to have not been trained in customer service or dining etiquette. Why bring a steak to the customer without any sides, veg or chips, the steak just goes cold!! The menu conveniently had no fillet or T bone steak and despite enjoying 50% off the rib eye steak it was still overpriced and a terrible cut of meat. Across the table of 4, two rib eyes were ordered and both were awful cuts of meat, so not an isolated case. The other 2 diners ordered a burger and both stated that it wasn’t as good as a budget McDonald’s burger! The only saving grace was it wasn’t full price. The drink orders were good and received timely, although it is very difficult to serve a poor pint of keg beer. Sadly despite having a good age range across the 4 diners on the table, all 4 thought their meals were substandard and none of us will be returning."
