"I would rate the food and value a zero as we never got to eat there. The service was shocking, only one waitress serving the entire restaurant during a busy Sunday lunch. Our food order was taken a few minutes after we arrived. we had one round of drinks, with no further table service. We were approached by the waitress after waiting for 1hr 30 and told that our food order wasn’t placed, after which point we told her to leave it (wasn’t going to let my child sit and wait another hour for food) We requested to speak to the manager and was told she was on leave, we then requested to speak to the next senior manager and was told it was the chef, he refused to speak to us. This restaurant seriously needs to have a look at how they treat their customers and how they support their over worked staff."
