"I am not an expert of Indian cuisine, but I am very much a foodie. My friend who accompanied me this evening is of Indian descent, and I completely trust her opinion. My palate is not used to very hot-spicy food. Some of my choices tonight were a bit spicier than I would prefer, but I ate every bit as it all was so beautifully prepared and delicious. My friend thought the meal was excellent in every way. The service was impeccable. My friend was running 30 minutes late, and I advised the maitre d’ of this upon my arrival, while promising to vacate the table at 8, regardless. He couldn’t have been nicer about seating me immediately anyway. The room is also beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant and would absolutely return when I visit London again."
