"The food and drinks at this restaurant were delicious, though a bit pricey. Overall, I had a satisfying experience during lunch and coffee. I believe their espresso is better than other chain establishments. The panini was tasty and hot from the press. The Italian peach smoothie was smooth and sweet. The COVID restrictions were reasonable and I felt comfortable. I will definitely visit again."

"I popped in last week for coffee and mince pie and a place to get some work done. There were plenty of options of places to sit including places where I could plug my phone and laptop in as well. I sat in the warmth and comfort working for over 2 hours with a coffee and a mince pie. I was even able to log on to the free Wi-Fi so that I could get my work done. It was ideal. The only disappointment was the mince pie as it just wasn't that good!"

"A typical Caffe Nero and the coffee and food is decent quality. My main criticisms are the customers who take the best window seats and stay there working on laptops and reading newspapers long after they have finished their drinks. The staff really should try to prevent this for the benefit of all their other paying customers."
"The coffee is delicious, with a pleasant departure from bitterness that makes it enjoyable to drink. Adding a dollop of whipped cream gives it an extra edge. The food is also excellent, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is in a fantastic location with windows offering a great view."
