"My friend and I recently visited Brü for tea and conversation. We had been there before and enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. However, during our most recent visit, despite the place being busy, we found ourselves waiting for service with no one attending the counter. Two assistants were busy by the coffee machine, and despite being visible to them, we were overlooked. A regular customer behind us gestured for a drink, which prompted one of the assistants to serve him while we waited to be acknowledged. Feeling blatantly ignored, we decided to gather our things and leave. I was incredibly disappointed by the poor service we received and will not be returning to Brü in the future. I will also make sure to inform others about the subpar service at this establishment."
