"Ordered food on the 12th August, waited 2 hours still nothing delivered. After numerous conversations with them and being told it was on its way a few times, it turned out it hadn’t left the kitchen. Order was cancelled and the manager said they would refund. I have called every day for the last 12 days, they have still not processed the refund, now ignore calls, spoken to 4 different people, get told that the owner manager will call back each time. Never has. Refuse to order from Mania again. I will not stop calling until the refund is issued. An establishment cannot simply go around stealing people’s money and committing fraud. Staff are just plain rude. If you want a smooth transaction I would avoid, I’ve used them several times in the past, however always had issues yet gave them a chance over and over as a small local business, however no more chances."
