"The customer service is very poor. I ordered a bucket of chicken and was advised it will be ready in 5mins. Got there and the owner said he just sold 2 so I have to wait. I just took whatever was left. The lady at the till was about to give my chicken 4 of them to someone else. Then changed her mind. The chicken peices are also small. Won't be going back there. Chips are very crispy, don't have any taste they are like eating crisps from a crisp packet bland. Not worth the money or the customer journey. I am a heavy spender to spend 15 quid. Never again. Not at this place."
