"Terrible service and food. I should have trusted yelp and choose a different afternoon tea place in London. I made a reservation for people at Food- the scones were dry and not warm at all when served. The desserts were cheap ones and did not taste good. (we had strawberry covered with chocolate, fruit tarts, and some thing like royal icing) Even the desserts from the dessert carts were terrible. The waiter did not bring the dessert cart until very end. WORST OF ALL, he was not willing to provide us new plates and asked all of us to use the same plates we used for our high tea(which had a mixture of sandwich, desserts, and scone/butter/jelly on the plates Service- ANOTHER...read more"
