"The service at this restaurant was very slow, as others have mentioned. It seemed like they had enough staff, but no one was approaching the tables. The clearing of tables could have been done more quickly, as it negatively affected the ambiance of the place. However, the food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. Despite the service issues, we still enjoyed our meal and just wish the staff were more attentive."

"Very authentic spanish cuisine. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was empty apart from us, so a very quiet and chilled experience! Outstanding tapas, sangría and attention. The cook even came out to ask about our food. As a Spanish national living in London, it's a treat to be able to taste the flavours of home, would highly recommend!"

"I would like to say that this was a review of a visit in the restaurant, but after booking as tasty bites for my wife at the silvester we came after 1.5 hours after london to close it. I made a complaint to open table as they had confirmed the booking twice, but they wanted to leave the debt with el gaucho because they did not tell them. I wrote directly to the director of the company, which operates both restaurants, but he could not complain to answer. the apologies of the open table amounts to my points for £20 from my next booking. very disappointing."

"We didn't make a reservation far enough in advance, so we had to settle for a table at 5:45 pm on a busy Saturday. Despite this, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Throughout the evening, they checked in with us to see how we were enjoying the food and also let us know if any dishes would take longer to arrive. We ordered 6 vegetarian dishes and enjoyed all of them. The Mushroom Croquetas were particularly delicious, and I had forgotten how good they were. The house Red wine was tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was a young man with tattoos who was swearing loudly. I suspect the 4 bottles of wine shared between 5 people and cocktails may have been the cause of his behavior. He also used the ladies' restroom and did not wash his hands, which was disappointing."

"We went for my mums birthday and the experience was nothing short of perfect.It was slightly busy and so some of the drinks took long to arrive but it’s understandable as this was their grand reopening weekend.The place is absolutely beautiful and modern.The food was the real star of the show especially the calamari.The food was absolutely delicious ,not a single bad plate of food was sent to our table and we ordered a lot.The drinks were also amazing especially the mango mojito which I had.The owner was around and she was so lovely and accommodating we even gave her a piece of our birthday cake.Overall an amazing experience.It could be improved by lowering the music slightly since I did feel we had to shout and maybe more of a system (did have to ask for drinks more than once)But these things are just minimal and totally understandable since they were so busy.I cannot wait to go back ,definitely a must try,they’re prices may seem a little pricey to some (not me)but they are 100% worth it."

"I really enjoyed the food; there was a great selection of tapas on the pre-theatre menu. The service was a bit slow, but we had plenty of time, so it wasn’t a problem. The waiter was very attentive and friendly, but there was only one server for all the tables. Overall, it was good value for money, as we weren't charged the full pre-theatre price since we didn't have dessert or coffee. I will definitely be back!"
