"We went to this restaurant as a large family after a nice day out for Eid. We usually eat at Turkish restaurants and ordered a mix of BBQ, doner and very overpriced kids meals (nuggets and chips £8.95? . Compared to other restaurants, the appetisers were very small and four adults having to share one very small portions and the salad had no tomato and very dry. We had to constantly ask for things from very uninterested waiters, including Turkish bread and water. When the food arrived: the adana kebab were very small, literally half the size of other restaurants. The 2 skewers put together would equal one elsewhere. the lamb shish only 4 small cubes? very small portions of chicken doner for THAT price all the BBQ meals did not have anything next to them apart from the meat and chips no salad, no onion, no grilled tomato Also, the menu says each meal has mushroom and this was not provided. To top it off, we were given a piece of sweet and asked if we wanted tea and we said yes. A minute later, they came back to tell us there is no tea and would take 25 minutes and we felt like we were being kicked out of the restaurant with the way it was said. Since when does it take that long to make tea? When we mentioned to the waiter, the reply was 'I gave you more than enough ' This was an awful experience and ruined a very enjoyable day for us. This is not cheap and we will not recommend this to anyone."

"Although the food and service at this restaurant are, for the most part, excellent, I felt rather disappointed by the dessert while dining here on one occasion earlier this summer. Following a very satisfying main course, I asked to take a look at the dessert menu. To my surprise, there were no prices alongside each item, which was especially incongruous because the main menu did display prices. I ordered the Greek yogurt with honey, which is a very simple, light dessert comprising basic ingredients. When the pudding arrived, the honey was conspicuous by absence because, I was told, they had run out of it. Instead, I had a bowl with yogurt garnished solely with toasted pine nuts. It was tasteless; as anyone knows, the honey defines the dish! To cap it all, when the bill arrived, I discovered the cost of the Greek yogurt without bee nectar (the price of a dessert, having merited no mention on the menu, suddenly reared its head and became important where the bill is concerned! . It was a whopping £7! I was flabbergasted. Without a key ingredient, it should have been a fraction of that price as a concession. Why had nobody just popped to a local shop to pick up a jar of honey during the day? I would also suggest restoring prices to the dessert menu. There can be no earthly justification for hiding them. Unfortunately, the dessert fiasco overshadowed the other parts of the meal, which, in fairness, were very good indeed."

"I visited Madhus Sheraton Skyline Heathrow on the 8th of October 2017 at 6:00pm. Arriving early, I enjoyed a drink at the hotel pool sky bar located on the ground floor courtyard, giving off a holiday vibe. The drink selection included a variety of options, including mocktails and cocktails. I tried the strawberry kiss, which was a delightful way to start the evening. The staff at both the sky bar and restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a nice ambiance with two private dining rooms, making it suitable for special occasions like birthday parties. I appreciated watching the open kitchen as I dined, and the decor was pleasant. The food at Madhus Sheraton Skyline Heathrow was as expected for Indian cuisine, with no major surprises. Each table was provided with complimentary mini popadoms and three sauces. The booking process was a bit challenging as I couldn't make a reservation by phone, but it is possible to call the hotel directly. The restaurant is located within the Sheraton Skyline hotel at London Heathrow. Parking is available at the hotel's car park, and if you spend over £20.00 at either the restaurant or hotel reception, your parking will be validated for a three-hour stay. The decor lighting was tasteful, and the ambience was enhanced by appropriate acoustics, allowing for easy conversation without raised voices. For our meal, we had Sheekh Kebab, Achri Gobi Malai Broccoli, Khasta Veg Samosa, and Murg Makni served with rice and Garlic Naan. The food was fresh and well-prepared, but nothing extraordinary. The bill came to £55.00 for two people without any alcohol. In conclusion, Madhus Sheraton Skyline Heathrow offers good service and fresh food, making it a safe choice for Indian dining. The menu covers all the main options with enough variety. One downside is the policy against doggy bags, which I found disappointing. Despite this, I would still be willing to dine here again due to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I would rate Madhus Sheraton Skyline Heathrow a 7.0 out of 10.0."
