"The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially from the manager who is very rude and lacks knowledge about customer service. When I complained about the burnt pizza, he became aggressive and started making excuses. How would I know the taste of the pizza if I didn't eat it? After returning the pizzas that were picked up by the driver, the manager refused to refund my money because we had eaten some slices. Despite ordering 2 large pizzas and a side for 4 people, we only ate a few slices as everyone agreed that the pizza tasted burnt. I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the pizza. I strongly advise against ordering from Islington Pizza Hut as they are rude and the taste of the pizza is awful. I lost £20 and I don't want others to lose their money too."
