"Very disappointing ...not nearly as good as it used to be ....Been going on many occasions ..this will be our last Menu is too tricky and helpings small Restaurant was v cold and when asked if it was on the response told us it was minimal or not on at all as we were advised we would feel the difference shortly . Deserts were skimpy especially custard helpings which resulted in deserts being v dry . When we asked for more what was served up was freezing .... Customers should not have to experience a restaurant that is freezing cold and you have to keep your coats on Restaurant will lose business that way.....Very disappointed"
