"My partner, son, and I come to this restaurant regularly and we always enjoy the great value for money food and tasty drinks. They serve high-quality coffee, not instant stuff, and the staff are fantastic. They always make us feel welcome and seem to know our order before we even say anything. They also give a lot of attention to my 2-year-old son, with high-fives, treats, and jokes that he loves. The portions are large and the prices are cheap. The food and drinks come quickly after ordering and everything is really good. We couldn't ask for anything more."

"I was a little wary of this place being a chain (I usually prefer to support independent restaurants where possible) but I was specifically looking for a hearty vegan breakfast their offering sounded worth a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! The breakfast was great; very tasty an impressive variety of ingredients on the plate. Staff were friendly very accommodating. Happy I gave it a go!"

"I visited this restaurant on Saturday (27/10/18) for brunch with my partner. We were very excited as the reviews were quite good. Overall the food was ok, but not amazing, and there were barely any options for people who do not like spicy food. The real problem came when I ordered a coffee and found a hair, floating in it. This was incredibly off putting. I realise that things like this happen but, although, the staff were apologetic, I was given a replacement coffee which I then still had to pay for. I think that good customer service would have taken the coffee off the bill or would have at least offered to do so. There are too many brunch places in London to risk going to this one and not being offered proper customer service. I have had lesser issues at other venues and have been treated much better. Not worth the money."

"Called in here for a yellow top ice cream before the drive back to York. The lady and gentleman working were just closing up. As soon as the lady realised we were disappointed about not having our yellow top ice cream as we have travelled from York to have one, she happily, readily, turned the machine back on and provided my mum and I one. Excellent, thoughtful service and the cafe looked clean tidy and plenty of choice on the menu. Lots of social distancing outdoor seats overlooking the harbour and a great little sun trap. Highly recommend. During our conversation, it was mentioned their food is cooked fresh on order. We will be back the next time in Bridlington. Many thanks."
