"I'm very sorry to have to write a negative review as the food here is pretty good. But the fact remains they forgot half my order and did not compensate me. Instead I was told to tell the person when ordering next time so they...can give me my order then. This is not acceptable, but obviously they will not come back out because then they would lose money on the petrol in redelivering. Its a shame when small businesses take customers for granted, especially customers that have ordered from the menu and are expecting a delivery. I had guests and they were not able to enjoy the food ordered because it didn't even arrive. Plus no reimbursement was forth coming. Its a shame."
