"The food was terrible. The place looked very nice and the pictures online seemed delicious. But once there, the service was so slow it was like watching a glacier crawl. We ordered the burger for my kids and my mom and it was dry, tough and insipid. The kids did not eat at all! I ordered the steak and it was more nerve than steak. The peppercorn sauce was essentially flour, pepper and water…. My husband ordered the onion soup which was fine and the chicken which was overdone and chewy. The handicapped bathroom was more akin to a train station bathroom, dirty, smelly and the emergency cable hanging from the middle of the room had clearly been patched a few times… Overall, the worst dining experience we’ve had in the UK!"
