"wow what more can I say, ignore all the reviews that the personal we had nothing but professional, happy courtesy customer service, they were all great and when they first see that I was in pain with a bad return, they were no longer away...caring, we went into our room that was an upgrade, and it was a nice temperature, very clean little extras that was just the cold"

"The food available was nice and tasty, but for the prices the portion sizes for all courses were very small. The vegetarian vegan options were limited, and the burger option listed on the menu, the restaurant had completely ran out of, which meant there was one vegan main option or a vegan salad! I understand things run out but we specifically booked because it was a recommended vegetarian/vegan options restaurant. We had also left a note on the booking we would need vegetarian and vegan options, this is why it was disappointing when you see there was a very limited choice."

"We went here for dinner on our first night in Edinburgh because of the story of the dog Bobby. It was wonderful to see the statue and learn more about it, but the pub itself was a bit of a disappointment. The chef was finishing early so we were brought our starter and mains at the same time, and no opportunity to order a dessert. This was 8pm on a Friday night, so would have expected to be able to eat eithout the rush at that time. The staff were very friendly, but the service was quite slow. The food was okay, but nothing too special and the atmosphere was a bit dead. There are other better places to try scottish classics in the city."

"The staff at this restaurant are incredibly welcoming, friendly, polite, and professional. They were very accommodating, allowing us to charge our phone next to our table. The drink selection was good and reasonably priced. The restaurant was very clean, and our visit was very relaxing as we watched the world go by from a lovely view overlooking Harrogate. I would definitely recommend a visit to this establishment."
