I had an email confirming my table reservation, but when I arrived in the cape bar horn, there was no note of it. fortunately there was a free table so we could feed there. it was a embarrassing situation because I was there with friends and was responsible for the booking. I sent the hotel by email the next day, but I had no answer from them. my advice would be if you would like to book a table here, then don't use the online booking device! I'd go back, but I'd call next time."
