"We ordered food at 17:40 and was told our food would arrive by 19:10. At 20:00 our food still hadn’t arrived and 106 phone calls later our food finally arrived at 20:15. The food was stone cold. The prawns hadn’t been cleaned and were dirty. The aloo chop had no taste was just a textured slop. The curry sauces were grease, water and pepper and the rice was hard. All the delivery driver had to say was ‘well we’ve had a lot of orders’. The food entered the bin, along with my money!"
