"It really is a shame because the pasta dishes were amazing. But the big restaurant lacks ambience it feels like a university common room. The set menu cocktails were good, pasta was great. Service was fine but we couldn't help feeling unwelcome by the overly keen staff you come over just to take away one glass. Starters were average, the pudding was unpleasant. I was very disappointed by the offering which I was hoping would be more homely as well the general atmosphere that had nothing of Italian hospitality we had been hoping for."

"Awful experience. Booked a table for 6pm and was ignored for 10 minutes by staff members who didn’t know how to access the bookings info. After 20 mins finally we were given a table and told to order at the bar. Ordered a jug of sangria and was charged £2 service charge?? Then by 645pm we were still waiting for our drink only to go to the bar to be laughed at and told they forgot to bring it! Took it back to the table and realised the porcelain jug was cracked and chipping into the drink… we weren’t offered an alternative eventually we left at 7pm after demanding a refund spent an hour there and had zero service, no drink, and the owner is more concerned with parading around taking selfies. Absolute joke of a place much like Boujee a few doors down!"

"This charming café on Northfields Avenue is truly a hidden gem. The Egg Royale dish is simply amazing, and their poppy bagels are equally delicious. The freshly squeezed juices and smoothies are the perfect way to start your day. The selection of pastries and cakes is divine, and the atmosphere is inviting and cozy. "If you are hungry and want to enjoy a delicious, made while you wait, Crepe in friendly informal surroundings- this is the place. Helpful staff, who are kept busy running a very popular take-away business as well as looking after you. There are also dessert Crepes; freshly made waffles too. For drinks, there are superb fresh fruit smoothies and excellent bottled French cider."

"Was excited to come here but actually disappointed they have a vv for vegan food but on the whole menu there is only one vv. They also have VO which means VO which is most things but I ordered vegan option and they put dairy ice cream on it. When I asked as it didn’t look right they said the pancakes were vegan not the toppings and asked if I wanted ‘full vegan’. They then went away and brought back vegan dish very quickly so was uncertain if they just wiped it and swapped but not sure so can’t say for certain. Despite that the pancakes weren’t even that good."
