"This restaurant is beautiful, but the service is lacking. I ordered a **** mary that never arrived. We settled for a beer from Tiny Rebels, which was on the menu but not cold as it was stored in the cellar. Overall, this place is unpredictable and I would not recommend it."

"We have been many times before and as my youngest son later commented this was by far the worst experience we have had here. We were a party of 7 celebrating my wife's birthday (later grudgingly acknowledged with a complimentary glass of wine . In no particular order rude, unsmiling, disinterested waitress (the manageress said she was one of their top performers! . Indifferent food quality £31.50 for a shared mixed hanging kebab with cold prawns (we didn't risk sending them back to be re heated, or worse.... and bullet like lamb koftas. Food, cutlery, serviettes carelessly dispatched on the table (iphones are expensive you know! a card machine thrust into my face with me having to extract a please before I paid, and oh yes, a 10% service charge automatically added to the bill (we were too beaten to argue the toss by that stage . We were offered 20% off our next visit, but why would we want to go again? Let's face it, there are other places in Alderley Edge."
