"in Nottingham it was about seeing the mighty Afghan whigs in the concert in the rescue rooms and deciding to stay in a hostel instead of missing one of the gig and going home early. so this meant the chance to try some Nottingham fish and chips. moulin rouge came back as an option on the way to get the train to work. it has a seating area on the back. fish and chips with beans and brot and butter with a drink. all came as part of a deal and were less than a ten. chips were ok. a few more to fill the empty quarter of the plate would have made it look more balanced. chips were ok and the fish was nice with a crispy teig that was not too heavy. the restaurant is quiet and very clean. is also available. tischservice was friendly and efficient."
