"We went to Banana Wharf for dinner on Monday night. It was very busy , we probably waited for 45 minutes for our main course. The food was delicious. However my main course was not the one I ordered. The manager apologized several times and offered me if I would like to reorder the food. The streak was nice but had lots fat part. I didn't want to waste the food and I turned down the offer but did expect they do something for the wrong order. At the end we had a surprising discount bill. The atmosphere is very good, great view , good customer service. Definitely will go back. Love Southampton."
