"I was unsure about eating at a restaurant located in a gas station when my husband suggested it. I didn't have high expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. The menu offered a variety of burgers, rice dishes, salads, and sides. I was intrigued by the option to build my own burger, similar to a Subway concept with various types of rolls and toppings. I was hesitant about trying the "Yoh Sauce" but the staff member kindly let me sample it with some fries. It was delicious, so I decided to order it with my meal. The sweet potato fries were a hit with my picky six-year-old. The portions were generous and the burgers were flavorful and well-prepared. I particularly enjoyed the lemon and herb flavor in my son's chicken burger. I may order that next time. Overall, the dining experience at Yoh Burger was excellent. The only downside was that it lacked a sit-down restaurant ambiance, but that wasn't a big issue for us. The dessert menu had some vegan options available as well. I highly recommend Yoh Burger for a quick and satisfying meal."

"Me and my husband took our 2 children down The Bull for lunch a few Saturdays ago. Excellent for the kids as have play area, children's booths and had a bouncy castle that particular weekend. Love how accommodating they are for children.... slush puppies, popcorn, mocktails, icecream, fab kids menu etc. We had a nice bit of food too, love the summer grill menu. Place was well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly. Bit of a wait at the outdoor bar but what do you expect on a Saturday when the weather is lovely! Will be returning soon, thank you for a great afternoon!!!"

"Took going to the front desk twice to get the tv fixed in the room. Initially they sent in housekeeping to try to fix it, then a gentleman around the front desk came in and reset the channels. Waited roughly 4-5 hours. Beds are a little hard, but I am used to memory foam, so may be good for people used to a conventional mattress. Shower is amazingly hot and perfect with a shower head that actually has pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, and very good orange juice. Overall, perfect location for us and easy to get to from London via coach. Rooms: Little small, but efficient for needs. Walkability: Easy to get to from coach, restaurant/pub nearby, and convenient mart in walking distance. Food drinks: Room service available, breakfast with juices and coffee."

"Ordered at 7 o’clock, came at 8. Order was wrong so called straight away to resolve the issue. Young rude girl first on the phone clearly no interest in helping and was insisting it was my fault for the order being wrong due to a muck up on their system? Told them I was happy to send a screenshot of my order to an email or number as otherwise I was being made out to be a lair over what I ordered? Told to email the manger and I would be resolved right away. Called back at half 8 as still not heard a thing to be on the phone to another guy who had no idea of the matter the same attitude as the first girl. Finally got on the phone to a manger who wasn’t sympathetic in anyway and seemed pretty unbothered by the situation. Then he was trying to end the call saying he’d contact just eat for my refund when I’ve been asking for half an hour to get the pizza I had ordered an hour n a half ago sent out??? Finally was told I’d be sent out my pizza however usually most companies that make mistakes see to them as soon as they can as the customers already waited. However I called back at 9.30, 1 hour from last hearing from them and was rudely told that they have other orders what do I expect ? It’s now past 10pm and I’m still waiting to received my pizza? Even though I was told half an hour ago it already had left the shop!! The rest of the food received also was barely warm and clearly re heat’s. Horrific customer service!!!"

"I was at the Ealing branch so can 't comment on other branches. The acting manager at the store was a completely rude and disregarded my complaints. He has no empathy and no understanding of how to rectify customer service failure. So I went in with two friends and let me start off by saying they had a offer you where if you give your contact details you get a free starter. When it came to order/pay, I was almost overcharged by £2 but luckily I had totalled up my order in my head so was able to correct the acting manager. He said it was because he accidentally charged me the take out price for sitting in...Anyway, my meal came shortly after but one of my friend 's burger came before his starter (it 's a starter for a reason?? . The starter came 5 mins later than the burger so I 'm not sure why they buzzed him so quickly when only part of his meal was ready. My other friend ordered the beef quesadella to start but when this arrived it was devoid of any beef it was a roll with some cheese... I know as part of the offer the starter comes free but if you 're going to send it empty, we 'd rather pay... They took it away and filled it up with some beef when we complained didn 't offer to take money off the bill or cook it from scratch. When I reiterated our dissatisfaction at the end of the meal, the man behind the till shrugged his shoulders and said what 's the real issue? The starter was free and we fixed the issue. I just walked out at that point. Other customers were equally surprised at how rude the man was being to me and my female friend. It was our first and last time there. Very disappointed at the way I was spoken to by staff and unsatisfactory starters/waiting times. I 'll never go here again and neither will my friends or family.Avoid."

"An excellent team providing good service are badly let down by the condition of the public areas in this hotel. Damaged paintwork and walls, worn out carpet and horribly overgrown gardens negate the quality of service provided. I congratulate the check in staff who took the care to find an alternative room for my elderly mother much nearer the entrance and dining areas. The rooms have been refreshed in the last few years, but it is clear that simple faults are not reported by cleaning staff, or are not put right by the maintenance team. The management of the hotel need to pay much more attention to the maintenance of the whole site."

"Being in London, I was looking to try different cuisines and many streets were showing Sushi offerings. So this was my first time trying out the Japanese Cuisine. Although I did not have high hopes, I will not say that I was disappointed in the end. I liked the sushi we had and I can definitely try it again. Passing by Baker street, I entered the Yo! Sushi restaurant. They have a cool food belt like a moving walkway which runs along the entire restaurant. Once ordered, the food is placed on that belt and you can pick that up when it passes by your table. The ordering experience was not very great as there were only 2 people serving to about 7-8 tables. They were pretty slow and most of the times, only one of them was available. This being the first time I was having Sushi, it was pretty difficult for me to select the dish I wanted to have. I can't exactly remember the names of the dishes I had, but whatever I had were good and I'd want to stop by again sometime. The icing on the cake for me was that they have a completely separate Vegetarian menu which eases the selection for a vegetarian to a great extent. Kudos to the thought behind this this. Although, the ordering experience was not very great, my table was near to the lady preparing the sushi and she helped me understand the authenticity of it and also helped me order. P.S. They also offer a student discount."
