"that was our third job and totally disappointed. it was a late evening, given 45 minutes for the delivery time. after 70 minutes they had to hunt, with the excuse they were “very busy” (everyone tried to call?j. 90 minutes later a poor extradition child was given. his ear bent; and the warm eating was not even the right meal. £20 in the bin .and I know they don't apologize. never again."

"So where do I start we got the food and it was cold, start opening everything up and its all soggy and not edible! They sent us the wrong ice cream, when we called up to complain they got very rude and abusive,said its not possible and when questioned why they sent me the wrong ice cream, they said we dont do that with the meal so then why is it available as a option on your menu??? Disgusting wouldnt send me the ice cream and just told us to complain online, its not good enough!!"

"We observed all of this when we dined at Zippos Circus. The restaurant appeared welcoming with plenty of parking available. The menu had a great selection and the prices were reasonable. The service was quick and friendly. The mixed kebabs were delicious, but the chips were a bit dry and the nuggets had an unusual taste. Overall, it was a good experience."

"FOOD POISONING CAPITAL of Coventry. Their ratings are not genuine, they doctor these by the same bunch of people each time to hide their unhygienic food quality.. I went to this place with two friends from Uni and we got food poisoning from there Pizza's within 2 hours of eating. We ate nothing all day apart from their Pizza and had to go to hospital. Customer service was worse than their food if that is possible. I'll never go again. Response to Char Grill Which orders did you look through? Do your take customer names for cash purchases over the counter? You didn't take any of our names, just told us to wait... Quite a few people have reviewed after being poisoned by your undercooked and out of date meat foods."

"We went to eat out. As it was a nighttime, not many restaurant are ope. As it was near at our hotel , we went to express pizza. The waitress are friendly and efficient. The driver, who was the restaurant's own courier, did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell, causing my food to arrive cold and unappetizing. I was extremely disappointed and cannot stress enough to others to avoid this place, as you will likely be let down and waste your money on a poor service with no satisfaction.
