"As a tourist, who was eager to experience the food and ambient I had seen online, and with high expectations after reading some great reviews, it was really frustrating how unwelcome I felt there. Wasn't really sure where to sit or order, and how things run there in general, and the staff thought it would be funnier to laugh of the jokes from another customer about my broken english or something, than bothering to help me and my wife in any way. Place wasn't even busy, wouldn't hurt taking 30 seconds to provide some basic orientation. We left after a few minutes as we definitely wouldn't like to stay in a place where we were clearly an inconvenient. Thankfully this was an exception in Liverpool, and throughout our stay, we found many other places with staff that are friendly and kind to everyone, not just regular or local customers."
