"Been here before but after what I just witnessed I will never go there again!! After my daughter being told she couldn't swap her beans egg AND mushrooms for an extra slice of bacon would have to pay extra) and my neice being told she couldnt swap her mushrooms for a slice of black pudding she would have to pay extra) but also some elderly gentleman was ganged up on and totally intimated by THREE of the staff in a full cafe) all because they said he asked for beans and not Tomatos and if he wanted to change it he would have to pay for an EXTRA breakfast, the elderly man got very embarrassed and went red in the face whilst he quietly explained that he doesn't like beans so he wouldn't have asked for them, they continued to RANT at him saying he asked for beans. I was absolutely disgusted that this elderly man then asked for his money back witch they RELUCTANTLY give and continued to slag him off to other customers when he had left..All this over changing beans to Tomatos. ..I have never ever seen such bad customer service in my life...whatever happened to the customer being right??? They come across as lovely girls as long as you don't ask them for extra or get it wrong THEN you see a completely different side. You should be ashamed of yourselfs!!!!"
