"Overall, my experience was quite disappointing. I made a reservation for six people, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that they no longer use OpenTable for bookings and had no record of our reservation. It was frustrating to see that the restaurant was only half full. To add to the disappointment, they told us they weren't serving Sunday roasts and suggested we try the other restaurant in the hotel, called Zest, which we ended up doing. It's clear that someone needs to take action and remove this restaurant from the site."

"The dining experience at this restaurant is lovely, the ambiance is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. They also offer a selection of delicious beer from local craft breweries such as Pilot, as well as vegan churros. In addition to these options, they also have dishes from vegan restaurants like Vitality Kynd, Curran Geal for vegetable and vegetarian dishes, and Henderson's for vegetarian options. Despite not being entirely vegan, they do offer a separate vegan menu which is appreciated. Overall, it is a good choice for those looking for vegan options when dining out."

"Family was visiting and we decided pretty last minute to book a table via open table. We arrive at the restaurant and the place is empty, but the host makes a huge deal about our late booking and insists that the kitchen is super busy and that he is expecting a bunch of bookings just after 6pm. We insist we don’t mind waiting for food as we aren’t starving. He seats us and our mains are ordered and out in less than 45 minutes, so not as long a wait as we expected, keep in mind we had starters/nibbles. The whole time he makes us feel pretty uncomfortable and not one single group came in. By the time we left after 8pm, still no one had arrived and there were maybe 3 other tables in the whole restaurant. The waitress was lovely though so we still tipped as it wasn’t her fault at all. The food was fine but relatively boring."

"My wife and I went to this restaurant to celebrate my recovery from a heart attack in October. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were not told that the full menu was unavailable and that the MIXX Restaurant was closed. We were only given about five choices as the MIXX Restaurant was only open for Christmas parties. We were seated in a large, cold room with only four other diners present, clearly not the MIXX Restaurant that I thought I had booked. Despite wanting to leave, we decided to stay as other options were limited. The tables lacked wine glasses, tablecloths, and any other decorations, and our waiter seemed eager to leave to attend to the busier area with the partygoers. By the time we finished our starter course, we were the only two people left in the room. We booked for 7:30 pm and had finished our two courses by 8:20 pm. Overall, it was definitely an evening to forget."
