"Our first visit to this delightful family run restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. We visited in the evening and were able to park right outside. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience. The staff were very welcoming and service throughout was very attentive without being intrusive. The menu offers a wide choice and we each selected 3 different steak cuts which were well cooked to our request. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. A nice touch was to add a lighted candle to my wife's dessert and orchestrate a chorus of happy birthday. An excellent experience only 4 stars for atmosphere but we ate early and I'm sure when it is full, the atmosphere will be 5 star vibrant. Thank you."

"I ordered three dishes: Salmon nigiri, takoyaki and chicken katsu curry. The food was good overall although I have a few complaints. They are unaccommodating to customers with dietary restrictions (I cannot have alcohol) and they only stock alcohol based soy sauce according to the staff. I had to have my sushi plain without the soy sauce unfortunately which is a shame. Secondly I don’t particular like the way they serve chicken katsu curry with rice in a small plastic bowl which keeps moving around the table every time I’m trying to scoop out the rice. The katsu chicken was delicious but the katsu curry could do with a bit more seasoning. I wish they have non alcohol based soy sauce alternative otherwise I would return to this restaurant."

"A restaurant that I kept passing by and feeling awfully guilty for not trying as I live very close to it. Decided to try this place of us) we had no idea what to have so asked the Lady who served us. She was honest and very helpful. Advised us to only try the Veggie Combo Special the Combo Special (meat). We were a little shocked that that's all she advised us and said it was enough. We had to wait a while for the food to get to us. When it did it really blew us away! The taste, the mixture if veggies used, meat beautifully prepared and a taste that was unforgettable. "Koi Sushi Garden, aka the place where my taste buds go to party! I ordered the sushi platter with edamame, and let me tell you, it was like a symphony of flavors dancing in my mouth. The sushi was so fresh, I swear I saw it doing yoga earlier that day. And the edamame? Don't even get me started. It was like they plucked each little bean from the garden of the gods themselves. The only downside was that I couldn't stop eating I mean, how do they expect me to have self control when they're serving up sushi rolls that make me want to propose marriage on the spot? The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was chill and laid back. If you're a sushi lover, do yourself a favor and check out Koi Sushi Garden. Just make sure you bring an appetite and maybe some chopstick skills those little rolls can be tricky"
