"This is a hidden gem in London. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my daughter and from my first breakfast I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Albino who knows the names of every single guest and always smiling and friendly with everyone. Asrar is another great team member who is making amazing coffee and so friendly as well. And their manager Cesar who is taking care of every single detail 24/7. I wish I got all the names of the staff as all of them deserve a big recognition. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a nice variety . The dinner menu offers a delicious Italian selection. Simply this is a must try restaurant. Grazie squadra"
