"Very relaxing experience, cute decor and a pleasant atmosphere. One thing you will notice is the hot plate in the centre of the table, which is very handy but don't touch it. :D First thing I noticed on the table were the Chopsticks. They were made from high quality bambo, very unusual design. Food portion is more than enough for an individual. The taste is lovely and rich, with friendly service. So what are you waiting for? Go check them out!"

"Food was good and arrived in good time, service was efficient. However the menu does not specify which dishes contain nuts and therefore the main dish arrived with peanuts on it which I could not eat due to an allergy, I would suggest updating the menu or checking for allergies in advance (this is something that is normally integrated into most restaurants operations now so I didn't think to check lesson learned! . To their credit the cost of the dish was removed from the bill so it was resolved well."

"I absolutely adore this place! It's a charming small business with friendly staff and a fantastic variety of teas and juices. I especially enjoyed their honeydew milk tea, which was simply delicious and perfect for a sunny day like today. I highly recommend this spot as a refreshing alternative to the typical chain drinks."

"The Sichuan food here is absolutely fantastic. Even after eating so much, we still felt like we could eat more. I definitely plan to return in the future. Highly recommend the grilled seabass and Mapo tofu!"

"I've never had hot pot before, but we went last week for my birthday. My husband had the mala broth, which was way too hot for me, but so moreish I couldn't stop going back to it! The food was great, and it was a really fun experience I highly recommend the rice cakes, they're really fun to eat."

"I've always enjoyed Shuang Shuang because of its unique concept! It's easy, you can eat whatever you fancy and you don't need to wait for the kitchen to cook it. There's minimal interaction with staff, which may not be perfect but it doesn't matter. The broth is delicious and selection of food is extensive. I think the idea of having your own hot pot is genius and although sharing is the traditional way, I prefer to have my own."
