"Used to love this pub, where friends and I always enjoyed delicious fish and chips. Well, something’s gone wrong since I last went, pre Lockdown. This time the fish was AWFUL ..still frozen in the middle and full of bones. We couldn’t eat it, so sent it back. We ordered the pie instead, which was ok, but obviously mass produced. I’m afraid the Prince Arthur is now off our list of places to eat in London. Such a shame! We just might have given them another chance had they apologised with a free drink for the sake of goodwill. But …."
