"They lost our order in the kitchen, apparently, so after waiting for about 25mins, they brought our mains, when we didn't have our starters ,that we had ordered yet !! I've asked for the starters first ,as per our order and also asked them to prepare fresh food for our mains as they won't serve us fir at least 30mins!!! I don't think they did!! The quality of the food wasnt that good at all!! I was expecting a good will gesture,after the mess up , in a form of a discount,but full bill was charged and the service was also included in the bill . Very dissapointing !! Unfortunately it is proving to be a hit and miss with the food and the service in the Royal Oak Pub in Isleworth!! Very sad and disappointing!! Not sure we will go back in a hurry !!"
