"Reservation time was not honour even I have been waiting patiently for 35 mins. Over the phone, requested reservation at 6:30 pm, got told that can only take at 6:45 pm and Booking will be held for 15 mins. I have arrived at 6:25 pm and was told that My booking is at 7pm. Which is not a problem as I am still waiting for my party to arrive. 7:10 pm, still was not seated, i told the host that our friend will be coming soon and we are ready to order. The host said that he won’t give us the seat if the whole party is not here. During 35 mins that i was sitting there, so many walk in client came, they get the table before us even when they are still waiting for their friend to join I told the host that but we have reservation. Then he reply, it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation not that you paid any extra money for it. We returned the menu and of course walked out. I have been to the restaurant so many times and recommended so many friends and clients. There will be no next time. There’s no service mind and the host attitude is out of this world. Wondering how on earth the business still running."
